“双减”政策下学校体育与社会体育融合发展分析

Analysis on the Integrated Development of School Physical Education and Social Sports under the"Double Reduction"Policy

摘要 双减政策背景下,如何加强义务教育阶段学生的综合素质,推动体育教育工作的健康发展已成为人们关注的焦点问题。该文以双减政策下对于体育教育工作提出的要求作为切入点,分析了学校体育与社会体育融合发展的前提与基础,结合实际介绍了现阶段学校体育与社会体育相互融合过程中存在的问题,同时基于完善政策体系、加强组织管理、实现一体化建设、明确主体责任、强化沟通联系以及构建考核监督机制等角度,对推动学校体育与社会体育融合发展的措施进行了阐述,力求为有关教育工作者提供参考。 Under the background of double reduction policy,how to strengthen the comprehensive quality of students in compulsory education and promote the healthy development of physical education has become the focus of people's attention.This paper takes the requirements for physical education under the doublereduction policy as the starting point,analyzes the premise and basis of the integrated development of school physical education and social sports,combines the practical introduction of the problems existing in the process of the integration of school sports and social sports at the present stage,and at the same time,based on improving the policy system,strengthening the organization and management,realizing the integration construction,clarifying the main responsibility,strengthening the communication link,and constructing the assessment and supervision mechanism,it elaborates on the measures to promote the integration and development of school physical educationand social sports,aiming to provide reference for the relevant educators.
