How to Change"I Have to Learn",into"I Want to Learn"--The Stimulation and Cultivation of Interest in Physical Education in Primary Schools

随着素质教育的不断发展和深化,小学体育教学的改革发展越来越受重视。陶行知先生所推行的“五育并举”概念中,明确地指出了体育的重要性,“体”是学生参与学习、生活的物质基础,只有拥有健康的体魄,学生才能够更加投入到学习活动中,才能够促进学生身心健康的共同发展。但由于长期受到“唯分至上”“应试教育”等传统教学观念的影响,学生对于体育教学的兴趣、投入度、关注度都不够,教师为改变学生这一观念,需要从小学阶段开始,重视对学生体育学习兴趣的培养和激发,让学生在小学时期具备积极正向的体育意识和价值观念,并通过体育兴趣推动学生主动参与体育活动,促使学生通过体育运动强身健体,养成终身运动的体育观,推动学生全面发展。

With the continuous developmentand deepening of quality education,the reform and development of primary school physical education is receivingmore and more attention,Mr.Tao Xingzhi's the concept of"simultaneous exercise offive education",clearly pointed out the importance of physical education,"body"is the material basis of students to participate in learning,life,only with a healthy body,students can be more engaged inthe learning activities,and can promote the common development of students'physical and mental health.But due to the long-term impact of traditional teaching concepts such as"only points first"and"exam-oriented education",students'interest,commitment and attention to physical education arenot enough,and in order to change students'concepts,teachers need to emphasize the cultivation and stimulation of students interest in physical education from the elementary school stage.In order to change this concept,teachers need topay attention to the cultivation of students'sports learning interest and stimulate,let students have positive sports consciousness and values,and through the sports interest to promote students to actively participate in sports activities,encourage students to through sports physical fitness,develop lifelong sports concept,promote students'lasting development.
