淄博市中学生校园足球开展现状及对策研究——以桓台县为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Campus Football Development for Middle School Students in Zibo City--Takingg Huantai County as an example

随着校园足球在中国的发展,淄博市足球取得了一定发展。该文主要通过文献资料法,实地考察法,访谈法对桓台县三所高中足球发展的现状和对策进行研究。通过研究发现,淄博市桓台县校园足球存在着师资力量匮乏、场地设施不足、学生升学压力大、家长支持度低、足球训练和竞赛体系不完善等问题。针对这些问题,该文提出了加强学校师资水平、定期对教师进行培养、加大经费投入、加强设施建设、加大足球宣传力度、改变家长刻板印象、建立完善的足球训练和竞赛体系等措施,以保证桓台县校园足球的发展。

With the development of campus football in China,Zibo football has made certain progress.This article mainly conducts research on the current situation and countermeasures of football development in three high schools in Huantai County through literature review,field investigation,and interview methods.Through research,it has been found that there are problems with campus football in Huantai County,Zibo City,such as a shortage of teaching staff,insufficient venue facilities,high pressure for students to pursue higher education,low parental support,and an imperfect football training and competition system.In response to these issues,the article proposes measures such as strengthening the level of school teachers,regularly training teachers,increasing funding,strengthening facility construction,increasing football publicity,changing parental stereotypes,and establishing a sound football training and competition system to ensure the development of campus football in Huantai County.
