超高分子量聚乙烯分子量与熔点的定量线性关系

摘要 人工关节是超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)重要的高附加值应用,其中Ⅰ型关节和Ⅱ型关节对UHMWPE的分子量要求约为4.5×10~6和7.5×10~6,准确测试这类UHMWPE的分子量重要但并不容易。分析了黏度法测分子量的理论,在可接受的假设下肯定了黏度法可准确测得UHMWPE的分子量。同时,从Ziegler-Natta催化剂的聚合原理出发,推导并验证了UHMWPE的分子量与熔点的定量线性关系。 Artificial joint is an important application of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)with very high added value.The requirement on the molecular weight of UHMWPE for type 6Ⅰand TypeⅡartificial joints are at least 4.5×10 and 7.5×106,respectively.The accurate measurement of the molecular weight of such UHMWPE is important but not easy.This study discussed the theory of the viscometry method in the determination of molecular weight.It concluded that,on the one hand,the accurate molecular weight of UHMWPE could be obtained by the viscometry method under acceptable assumptions.It derived and verified the quantitative linear relationship of molecular weight and the melting point of UHMWPE from the polymerization of the Ziegler-Natta catalyst.
