摘要
聚乳酸因生物相容性、生物可降解性、较好的机械强度和易于加工等特性被广泛用于生物医学领域。通过改性或复合其他材料能够改善聚乳酸在亲水性、机械性能以及生物活性方面的不足,使其满足不同的临床应用需求。介绍了聚乳酸在生物医学领域上的应用进展,重点阐述了聚乳酸在药物递送、医美、组织工程和心脑血管支架等方面的研究现状及临床转化情况。
The biocompatibility,biodegradability,good mechanical strength and processability of polylactic acid(PLA)contribute to its wide applications in biomedicine.The inherent limitations of PLA in hydrophilicity,mechanical properties,and biological activity can be improved by modifying or compounding with other materials to meet various clinical applications.This work summarizes the applications of PLA in biomedicine,with a focus on the current research of its applications and clinical translation in drug delivery,medical aesthetic services and tissue engineering cardiovascular stents.
