脂肪族聚碳酸丁二醇酯的改性研究进展

摘要 聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)作为典型的脂肪族聚碳酸酯,具有可生物降解、无毒、生物相容性好等优点,成为有希望代替传统塑料的新型材料。目前,制备PBC主要采用熔融酯交换法,该方法工艺简单、绿色环保、原料易得,已具备工业化大规模生产的前景。但脂肪族聚碳酸酯的结构导致PBC熔点较低、热稳定性及力学性能较差,限制了它在塑料包装、生物医药、农业薄膜等领域的应用。对近年来PBC的改性研究进行了综述,介绍了物理及化学改性对PBC热力学性能、结晶性能、降解性能和力学性能的影响,并对PBC改性的研究方向进行了展望。 Poly(butylene carbonate)(PBC),as a typical aliphatic polycarbonate,has become a new material expected to replace traditional plastics due to its advantages of biodegradability,non-toxicity,and good biocompatibility.At present,PBC is mainly produced by the melt transesterification method,which has the prospect of industrial large-scale production for its simple process,environmentally-friendly characteristics,and easily available raw materials.However,due to the aliphatic polycarbonate structure,PBC has a lower melting point,poor thermal stability and mechanical properties,which limits its application in fields like plastic packaging,biopharmaceuticals,and agricultural films.This paper provided a review of research on the modification of PBC in recent years and introduced the effects of physical and chemical modifications on the thermodynamic,crystallization,degradation,and mechanical properties of PBC.It also discussed the outlook for the research direction of PBC modification.
