黑磷纳米材料在结直肠癌诊疗中的研究进展

摘要 结直肠癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,发病率与死亡率在所有癌症中处于前三位,并呈逐年上升趋势,传统的诊疗方法面临着许多瓶颈。纳米技术的快速发展为癌症诊疗带来了新的希望,黑磷纳米材料包括黑磷量子点和黑磷纳米片等多种形式,具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和载药性能,同时可作为有效的光动力治疗和光热治疗试剂用于肿瘤诊疗。因黑磷纳米材料独特的性质使其在结直肠癌诊疗中显示出巨大的潜力。介绍了黑磷纳米材料在结直肠癌诊断和治疗方面的研究进展,并对黑磷纳米材料在结直肠癌诊疗中的发展趋势进行展望。 Colorectal cancer,a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract,ranks among the top three of all cancers in terms of morbidity and mortality which are seeing a gradual increase year by year.Traditional diagnosis and treatment methods are faced with many challenges.In recent years,the rapid development of nanotechnology has brought new hope for the diagnosis and treatment of it.Black phosphorus nanomaterials,including black phosphorus quantum dots and black phosphorus nanosheets,have good biocompatibility,biodegradability,and drug loading performance,and can be used as effective reagents of photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy for tumor diagnosis and treatment.Its unique properties endow it with great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.In this review,the research progress of black phosphorus nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer is introduced and the development of it is prospected.
