碳纤维布在装配式渡槽加固工程中的应用

摘要 棣山电站经过40多年运行,电站引水渡槽槽身混凝土碳化、破损、钢筋锈蚀老化、槽身变形、漏水等问题严重。在保留渡槽主体结构前提下,针对渡槽各个构件存在的问题,运用碳纤维布对预制梁板结构进行加固。工程修复后经过2 a的运行观察,相关病害得到有效处理,漏水现象得到根治,碳纤维布在工程中得到成功应用,可为类似工程加固提供参考和借鉴。 After more than 40 years of operation,there are serious problems with the aqueduct of Dishan Power Station,such as concrete carbonization,damage,corrosion and aging of steel bars,deformation and leakage.On the premise of retaining the main structure of the aqueduct,carbon fiber cloth is used to reinforce the prefabricated beam and slab structure in response to the problems existing in each component of the aqueduct.After 2 years of operation and observation after repair,the related diseases were treated and the leakage phenomenon was eradicated.Carbon fiber cloth was successfully applied in the project,which can provide reference for similar engineering reinforcement.
