米玛斯和天翔1号父母代种鸽及其肉鸽生长发育对比分析

摘要 【目的】明确肉鸽天翔1号和米玛斯父母代种鸽及其商品肉鸽的生长发育规律。【方法】测量天翔1号和米玛斯雌雄种鸽的体重和体尺,观察1~40日龄天翔1号商品肉鸽背部及肋部的羽毛生长发育规律,并用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy 3种模型对天翔1号和米玛斯1~40日龄肉鸽体重和体尺等性状进行拟合,分析其生长发育规律,探究合适的生长模型。【结果】天翔1号和米玛斯父母代雌性种鸽体重、胸宽和胫长无显著差异,龙骨长、胸深和胫围差异显著。而雄性种鸽体重和胫围差异显著,龙骨长、胸深、胸宽和胫长差异不显著。天翔1号和米玛斯肉鸽体重在1~25日龄差异极显著(P≤0.01),其余时间点不显著。本研究用3种模型对两个品系肉鸽的体重拟合度都很高(R^(2)≥0.991),其中天翔1号肉鸽体重最佳生长模型为Gompertz,而米玛斯肉鸽体重最佳生长模型为Bertalanffy。天翔1号和米玛斯肉鸽胫长和胫围的最优生长模型都是Logistic。天翔1号肉鸽的龙骨长最优生长模型是Gompertz,米玛斯肉鸽的是Bertalanffy。天翔1号和米玛斯肉鸽的胸宽、胸深最优生长模型都是Bertalanffy。天翔1号肉鸽的体斜长最优生长模型为Gompertz,而米玛斯肉鸽的为Bertalanffy。【结论】两个品种的鸽生长发育存在差异,在生产实践中应结合鸽的生长发育规律制定科学合理的饲养方案。 【Objective】This study aimed to clarify the growth and development of pigeon Tianxiang 1 and Mimas strain parent breeder and their commercial meat pigeons.【Method】The body weight and body size of male and female parental pigeons of Tianxiang 1 and Mimas were measured,and the growth and development of feathers on the back and ribs of commercial pigeons of Tianxiang I aged from 1 to 40 days were observed.In addition,Logistic,Gompertz and Bertalanffy models were used to fit the body weight and body size of Tianxiang 1 and European pigeon Mimas aged from 1 to 40 days.Subsequently,their growth and development rules were analyzed to explore the suitable growth models.【Result】There were no significant differences in body weight,chest width,and tibia length between the parental generation of female pigeons between Tianxiang 1 and Mimas strains,while there were significant differences in keel length,chest depth,and tibia circumference.However,for the parental generation of male pigeons,there were significant differences in weight and tibia circumference,while not in keel length,chest depth,chest width,and tibia length between Tianxiang 1 and Mimas strains.The differences were ex-tremely significant for body weight between Tianxiang 1 and European pigeon Mimas from 1 to 25 days of age(P≤0.01),but no significant difference at other time points.In this study,the three models were highly accurate to fit the body weight of the two meat pigeon strains(R^(2)≥0.991).The best body weight growth model of Tianxiang 1 strain was Gompertz,while Bertalanffy was the best for European pigeon Mi-mas strain.The optimal growth models for the two strains were logistic.For the keel length,the Gompertz was the best for Tianxiang 1 pigeon strain,while Bertalanffy was the best for European pigeon Mimas strain.Furthermore,Bertalanffy was suitable for chest width and chest depth of both strains.Lastly,Gom-pertz,and Bertalanffy were the best to fit body skewlength for Tianxiang 1 and Mimas strains,respec-tively【Conclusion】There are differences in the growth and development of the two pigeons strains.Sci-entific and reasonable feeding scheme should be formulated according to the growth and development laws of pigeons in production.
