摘要
针对传统行星减速装置在密封性、制动性能等方面存在的问题,提出双密封液压制动行星减速装置的创新设计方案。分析行星减速装置的工作原理和液压制动系统的原理,并结合设计考虑因素实现双密封结构设计、液压制动系统设计和整体一体化设计。这一设计在密封性和制动性能上的改进效果通过性能测试和结果分析得到了验证。此创新设计具有广泛的工程应用前景,可以提升行星减速装置的密封性和制动性能。
The innovative design scheme of the double sealed hydraulic braking planetary reduction device is proposed to address the problems existing in the sealing and braking performance of traditional planetary reduction devices.The design of double sealed structure,hydraulic braking system,and overall integration is achieved by analyzing the working principle of planetary reduction device and hydraulic braking system,and combining design considerations.The improved effect of this design on sealing and braking performance is verified by performance testing and result analysis.This innovative design has a wide range of engineering applications to improve the sealing and braking performance of planetary retarders.
