基于结构参数分析侧装球阀对LNG流体特性的影响

摘要 通过计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)数值模拟的方法,分析不同阀杆位置、球形角度、入口直径等结构参数对阀门内部液化天然气(LiquefiedNaturalGas,LNG)流场分布和压降的影响规律。结果表明:阀杆位于下游时,阀门压降系数较小,流体力系数较大;球形角度越大,压降系数越小;入口直径增大,压降减小,但可能出现流动分离。此外,阀门开度对内部流动影响显著,即开度越大,压降越小。基于以上分析,提出侧装球阀在LNG工况下的优化设计参数范围,可为侧装球阀在LNG领域的应用提供理论参考。 By using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation,the influence of structural parameters such as valve stem position,spherical angle,and inlet diameter on the flow field distribution and pressure drop of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)inside the valve is analyzed.The results show that when the valve stem is located downstream,the pressure drop coefficient of the valve is smaller and the fluid force coefficient is larger;The larger the spherical angle,the smaller the pressure drop coefficient;The inlet diameter increases,the pressure drop decreases,but flow separation may occur.In addition,the valve opening has a significant impact on internal flow,that is,the larger the opening,the smaller the pressure drop.Based on the above analysis,the range of optimized design parameters for side mounted ball valves under LNG conditions is proposed,which can provide theoretical reference for the application of side mounted ball valves in the LNG field.
