摘要
随着复合材料在飞机零部件中的广泛应用,提高复材零件成型工装设计效率成为保证飞机研制阶段产品按节点交付的关键手段。根据薄壁框架类复材成型工装的几何特征,总结出一种针对此类工装的通用建模方法,并在此基础上开发出快速设计软件,能够实现工装的自动化设计,大幅提升效率。
With the widespread application of composite materials in aircraft components,improving the design efficiency of molding tools has become a key means to ensure the delivery of products on schedule during the aircraft development phase.Based on the geometric characteristics of thin-walled frame composite part moding tools.On this basis,a rapid design software has been developed,which can achieve automated design of the tool and greatly improve efficiency.
