摘要
针对隧道施工锚杆钻孔的特点,设计了一种钻杆自动送进机构。该机构由伺服电机、行星减速器、压紧装置等组成,可实现钻杆的自动进给和回退。通过优化传动系统和控制系统,提高了钻进效率和钻孔质量。在某隧道施工现场开展钻进试验,测试了不同钻进参数下的性能指标。实验结果表明,所设计的钻杆自动送进机构具有较高的钻进速度和钻孔直线度,控制精度满足要求,可有效提高钻进自动化水平。
According to the characteristics of anchor bolt drilling in tunnel construction a drill pipe automatic feeding mechanism is designed in this paper.The mechanism is composed of servo motor,planetary reducer,pressing device,etc.,which realizes the automatic feeding and retreat of the drill rod.Drilling efficiency and drilling quality are improved by optimizing the transmission system and control system.A drilling test was carried out in a tunnel construction site,and the performance indexes under different drilling parameters were tested.The experimental results show that the designed drill pipe automatic feeding mechanism has high drilling speed and drilling straightness,the control accuracy meets the requirements,and can effectively improve the drilling automation level.
