摘要
探讨输煤系统加装筛分装置的改造方案,旨在解决现有系统中存在的煤炭过粉碎、堵塞和设备磨损问题。在输煤系统中引入筛分装置,可以有效分离出满足燃烧要求的煤炭颗粒,减少二次破碎过程,降低电能消耗和设备维护成本,同时提高煤炭燃烧效率和输煤系统的运行稳定性。实验结果表明,改造后的输煤系统在经济和技术上均具备可行性,能够显著提升整体运行效率和经济效益。
This paper discusses the transformation scheme of coal transport system with screening device,aiming at solving the problems of coal over-crushing,clogging and equipment wear in the existing system.Through the introduction of the screening device in the coal transport system,the coal particles that meet the combustion requirements can be effectively separated,the secondary crushing process can be reduced,the power consumption and equipment maintenance costs can be reduced,and the coal combustion efficiency and the operation stability of the coal transport system can be improved.The experimental results show that the reformed coal transport system is feasible both economically and technically,and can significantly improve the overall operating efficiency and economic benefits.
