高速、高精智能化锂电池涂布机关键技术研究

摘要 近年来,电动车和储能电池等新能源产业蓬勃发展。高速、高精智能化锂电池作为新一代绿色环保的储能元件,受到人们的广泛关注。在高速、高精智能化锂电池生产过程中,涂布机是关键的工艺设备。涂布效果的优劣直接关系到锂电池的质量。相关实践证明,涂布工序导致的不良异常影响,在整个锂电池生产工艺中的占比超过50%,可见涂布工序过程控制是锂电池制造的重中之重。文章详细阐述锂电池涂布机关键技术。 In recent years,with the vigorous development of new energy industries such as electric vehicles and energy storage batteries,high-speed and high-precision intelligent lithium batteries have attracted wide attention as a new generation of green energy storage components.In the production process of high-speed and high-precision intelligent lithium battery,the coating machine is a very key process equipment,and the quality of the coating effect is directly related to the quality of the lithium battery.According to relevant practice,the adverse abnormal impact caused by the coating process accounts for more than 50%of the entire lithium battery production process,so the process control of the coating process is the top priority of lithium battery manufacturing.In this paper,the key technologies of lithium battery coater are described in detail.
