塔式起重机回转支承运转异响分析及应对策略

摘要 塔式起重机是一种大型建筑机械设备。应用塔式起重机不仅能够提高建筑施工效率,还能够减轻人工作业负担。其中,回转机构是塔式起重机的五大工作机构之一。回转支承的工作状态直接影响着塔式起重机的运行情况,但由于塔机上部转动部分的自重通常较大,外加高负荷、长时间作业,大大提高了回转支承运转出现异响的概率。针对塔式起重机回转支承运转异响的原因进行分析,并给出相应的优化策略。 Tower crane is a large construction machinery equipment.The application of tower cranes can not only improve construction efficiency,but also reduce the burden of manual work.Among them,the slewing mechanism is one of the five working mechanisms of tower cranes.The working status of the slewing ring directly affects the operation of the tower crane,but due to the large self weight of the upper rotating part of the tower crane,coupled with high load and long-term operation,the probability of abnormal noise during the operation of the slewing ring is greatly increased.An analysis was conducted on the causes of abnormal noise during the operation of the slewing support of tower cranes,and corresponding optimization strategies were proposed.
