摘要
采煤机作为智能化采煤工作面的核心设备,其性能和状态的监测对于确保生产安全和提高效率至关重要。文章设计针对采煤机的自动监测系统,阐述监测内容、传感器选择与布局以及数据采集方案,实现自动监测系统的集成与优化,分析数据处理与分析算法的应用,并通过进一步优化提高监测系统的效率和准确性。
As the core equipment of intelligent coal face,the performance and condition monitoring of shearer is very important to ensure production safety and improve efficiency.This paper designs an automatic monitoring system for shearer,describes the monitoring content,sensor selection and layout,and data acquisition scheme,realizes the integration and optimization of the automatic monitoring system,analyzes the application of data processing and analysis algorithms,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the monitoring system through further optimization.
