自动化控制技术在工业仪器仪表中的应用研究

摘要 在现代工业生产中,自动化控制技术是提高生产效率和保障设备运行安全的关键技术。工业仪器仪表,如流量计、压力计和温度传感器,是工业自动化系统中不可或缺的组成部分,负责收集关键的生产数据,并对生产过程进行监控和调控。随着技术的进步,自动化控制技术和工业仪器仪表的融合越来越密切,推动了生产自动化和智能化的深入发展。因此,从常见的仪器仪表分类出发,分析自动化控制技术在工业仪器仪表中的应用,如总线控制系统技术和分布式控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS)技术在实际中的具体应用,以及这些技术如何实现工业仪器的高效和精确控制。 In modern industrial production,automation control technology is a key technology to improve production efficiency and ensure equipment operation safety.Industrial instruments and meters,such as flow meters,pressure gauges,and temperature sensors,are indispensable components of industrial automation systems.They are responsible for collecting critical production data and monitoring and regulating the production process.With the advancement of technology,the integration of automation control technology and industrial instruments is becoming increasingly close,promoting the in-depth development of production automation and intelligence.This article discusses in detail the application of automation control technology in industrial instruments and meters.Starting from the common classification of instruments and meters,it analyzes the specific applications of bus control systems technology and Distributed Control System(DCS)technology in practice,as well as how these technologies achieve efficient and precise control of industrial instruments.
