摘要
通过探讨智能制造生产线的控制策略设计与实践,阐述智能制造生产线及其控制策略的理论基础,进而分析机械加工智能制造生产线的控制需求,并设计总体控制架构、加工设备控制策略、物料搬运与仓储控制策略以及组件装配区的控制策略,以期为机械加工智能制造生产线的优化和升级提供有力支持。
By exploring the design and practice of control strategies for intelligent manufacturing production lines,this paper expounds on the theoretical basis of intelligent manufacturing production lines and their control strategies.It further analyzes the control requirements of intelligent manufacturing production lines for mechanical processing.The overall control architecture,control strategies for processing equipment,material handling and storage,as well as control strategies for component assembly areas are designed accordingly.This provides strong support for the optimization and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing production lines for mechanical processing.
