摘要
目的:对天然植物多糖的抗氧化作用机制、体内外抗氧化研究方法以及多糖结构与抗氧化活性的关系进行综述,为多糖的深入研发与利用提供科学依据。方法:系统查阅国内外数据库天然植物多糖抗氧化作用的相关文献,归纳总结相关信息。结果:天然植物多糖通过多种机制发挥抗氧化作用,体内外均具有较好的抗氧化活性,与其结构有着重要关系。结论:天然植物多糖作为天然抗氧化剂具有广阔的应用前景。
【Objective】To review the antioxidant mechanism,antioxidant research methods in vitro and in vivo,and the relationship between polysaccharide structure and antioxidant activity,so as to provide scientific basis for further research and utilization of polysaccharides.【Method】The relevant literatures on antioxidant effects of natural plant polysaccharides were systematically reviewed in domestic and foreign databases,and the relevant information was summarized.【Result】Natural plant polysaccharides exert antioxidant effects through a variety of mechanisms,and have good antioxidant activities in vitro and in vivo,which has an important relationship with its structure.【Conclusion】Natural plant polysaccharides as natural antioxidants have broad application prospects.
