多糖在短链脂肪酸代谢和慢性病调控中的作用研究进展

摘要 目的:综述肠道菌群通过利用多糖产生代谢产物短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)以及SCFAs对机体的作用,为多糖和SCFAs在营养学上的研究与应用提供科学依据。方法:通过文献查阅,概述多糖对SCFAs的作用,总结SCFAs对机体一些疾病的改善作用。结果:多糖作为碳源被肠道微生物消化利用,通过生成SCFAs在人体健康中发挥重要的生理功能。结论:多糖的消化利用与SCFAs代谢和调控慢性疾病密切相关,期待对多糖在SCFAs代谢和慢性病改善方面的应用研究有正向的指导作用。 【Objective】To review the role of intestinal flora in the production of short chain fatty acids(SCFAs)from polysaccharides and SCFAs on the body,so as to provide reference for the future research and application of polysaccharides and SCFAs in nutrition.【Method】Summarize the effect of polysaccharides on SCFAs and the improvement effect of SCFAs on some diseases through literature review.【Result】Polysaccharides were digested and utilized by intestinal microbes as carbon sources,and played an important physiological role in human health by generating SCFAs.【Conclusion】The digestion and utilization of polysaccharides are closely related to the metabolism of SCFAs and the regulation of chronic diseases.It is expected to have a positive guiding role in the application of polysaccharides in the metabolism of SCFAs and the improvement of chronic diseases.
