我国健康公平状况研究的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Research on Health Equity Status in China

目的:对我国健康公平状况研究进行文献计量分析,追踪研究发展脉络,明确研究现状、梳理研究热点主题和指明我国健康公平状况研究方向,为“健康中国”建设的后续研究提供参考。方法:以中国知网和Web of Science为文献数据源,检索1998年1月-2024年2月我国健康公平状况研究的文献,运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对作者和机构进行共现分析,对关键词进行共现、聚类和突现分析。结果:共880篇文献被纳入研究,中英文文献分别有284个作者、270个机构和298个作者、289个机构参与研究,但作者与机构的共现图谱网络密度均较低;研究高频关键词为“老龄人口”“健康”“医疗保险”“农村居民”“集中指数”“死亡率”“医疗服务”“社会经济地位”和“心理健康”;中英文文献分别形成了10个和8个聚类;最近突现的关键词为“流动人口”(强度为2.1)。结论:我国健康公平状况研究的发文量总体呈增长趋势,但作者和机构间缺乏紧密的合作机制,研究热点主题在呈现多元化的同时也对老龄人口、儿童、农村居民等社会弱势群体有所侧重。我国健康公平状况研究应当构建核心作者群,加强国内外高校和不同类型机构间的合作,推进数字健康公平的量化研究和实证研究,助力“健康中国”的建设和中国式卫生健康现代化的实现。

Objective:To conduct bibliometric analysis on health equity research in China,track the development of research,clarify the research status,sort out research highlights,indicate research direction,so as to build strength and empower for"Healthy China".Methods:Using CNKI and Web of Science as data sources,we searched the literature related to health equity in China from January 1998 to February 2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to carry out co-occurrence analysis of authors and institutions,and co-occurrence,clustering and emergence analysis of keywords.Results:Totally 880 relevant literatures were screened out,contributed by 284 authors across 270 research institutions in CNKI and 298 authors across 289 research institutions in WOS,while the co-occurrence map network density of the authors and institutions was low.High-frequency keywords included old adult,health,health insurance,rural resident,concentration index,mortality,health service,socioeconomic status and mental health.There were 10 and 8 clusters in Chinese and English literature respectively.The emerging keyword was migrant population with a strength of 2.1.Conclusion:A general upward trend of publication show on health equity research in China,while there is a lack of close cooperation between authors and institutions.Research hotspots are diversified,and the disadvantaged groups such as old adults,children and rural residents are particularly concerned.Health equity research in China should form a core author group and strengthen the cooperation between domestic and foreign universities and different types of institutions.It's a developing trend that promoting quantitative and empirical research on digital health equity,which has great value for the construction of"Healthy China"and the realization of Chinese health modernization.
