摘要
以雅鲁藏布江中游河谷地带主要的农田土壤类型——冷棕钙土为实验对象,将土壤肥料学的主要实验项目进行系统整合,设计成综合性实验。通过科学的综合性实验设计,学生不但可以掌握土壤主要理化指标的测定方法、分级标准、相互关系,还可以根据土样实测数据,探讨冷棕钙土的农业生产性状,为当地农业生产实践服务。此综合性实验设计将教学、科研、生产实践成功相结合,既训练了学生的实验操作技能,又提高了学生的综合分析能力,取得了良好的实验教学效果。
Cold brown calcic soils,the major farmland soil type,in the middle reach of the Yarlung Zangbo River valley was selected as the experimental object,and then the main experimental items of soil and fertilizer sciences were systematically integrated to design a comprehensive experiment.Through the scientific design of comprehensive experiment,the students can not only master the determination methods,grading standards and relationship of the main physical and chemical indexes of soil,but also discuss the agricultural production characteristics of cold brown calcium soil according to the result of soil samples,so as to serve the local agricultural production practice.This comprehensive experiment design combined education,research and production practice,which not only trained the students’experimental operation skills,but also improved their comprehensive analytical ability,and achieved good experimental teaching effect.
