摘要
近年来,微生物在眼部的作用日益受到重视。传统的眼部微生物鉴定主要集中于涂片、细菌培养等检查手段,但受到培养条件等各种因素限制导致阳性率低。随着人类宏基因组计划的启动实施,高通量测序技术因其通量高、灵敏度及特异性高、信息量丰富、成本低的特点可将微生物群落定义到属、种水平,有助于更好的理解眼部疾病的病因、诊断、治疗及预防,推动眼科实现精准化医疗进程。由于眼部与鼻部在解剖结构上相通,本文旨在探讨眼部和鼻部微生物菌群策略的研究进展及眼-鼻区系微生物可能的传播途径,为眼鼻相关疾病的研究提供基础。
In recent years,the role of the ocular surface microbiome has attracted more and more attention.The traditional microbial identification mainly focuses on smear,bacterial culture and the other methods of inspection.However,the traditional microbial culture is affected by various factors such as culture conditions,and the positive rate is low.With the launch and implementation of the human metagenome project,high-throughput sequencing technology can define the microbial community to the genus and species level because of its high flux,high sensitivity and specificity,rich information and low cost,which is helpful to better understand the etiology,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of eye diseases,and promote the accurate medical process of eye disease.The eyes and nose are connected in anatomical structure.This paper aims to explore the research progress of microorganisms in the eye and nasopharynx and the possible transmission of eye-nose flora microorganisms,so as to provide a basis for the research of eye-nose related diseases.
