抗日战争时期中国共产党宣传工作的国际视野与当代启示——基于《新中华报》的考察

国际视野是中国共产党在革命实践中形成的独特品格,《新中华报》是党在宣传工作中国际视野的生动体现。《新中华报》服务于抗战实际需要的宣传旨归、“立足民族、面向世界”的宣传导向、多重宣传方式的宣传战略,体现了中国共产党宣传工作正义性和斗争性相统一、主动性和主体性相统一、多样性和艺术性相统一的特点。抗日战争时期中国共产党秉持国际视野开展宣传工作,对于新时代更好地推进党的宣传工作具有重要启示意义,即宣传视野上树立国际眼光,宣传目的上紧扣服务民族复兴和促进人类进步,宣传机制上构建融通中外的话语体系。站在新的历史起点上,回溯党在抗日战争时期卓有成效的宣传工作,为新时代开展宣传思想工作、推动党报党刊的发展提供历史镜鉴。

International vision is a distinctive quality developed by the Communist Party of China(CPC)through its revolutionary practice,and the New China Daily is a vivid manifestation of the Party’s international vision in its propaganda work.The newspaper’s propaganda objectives to serve the actual needs of the War of Resistance,its orientation of“rooted in the nation and facing the world,”and its multifaceted propaganda strategies exemplify the characteristics of the CPC’s propaganda work:uniting justice and struggle,initiative and subjectivity,and diversity and artistry.During the War of Resistance against Japan,the CPC adhered to an international vision in its propaganda efforts,which provides significant insights for advancing the Party’s propaganda work in the new era.This includes establishing an international outlook in propaganda vision,focusing on national rejuvenation and promoting human progress in propaganda objectives,and building a discourse system that integrates Chinese and foreign elements in propaganda mechanisms.Looking back at the effective propaganda work during the War of Resistance from a new historical starting point offers valuable historical lessons for conducting propaganda and ideological work and promoting the development of Party newspapers and journals in the new era.
