摘要
污染源环境参数包含温度、压力、流量、湿度等,其检测仪是固定污染源在线监测的重要组成部分。针对环境参数检测仪现场校准需求,厘清了现场校准计量特性要求,提出了各参数计量标准技术参数,研制了现场校准装置,其重量为25 kg,出气最高压力为0.15 MPa,最大流量为15 L/min,最高温度为100℃,最高相对湿度为95%。利用经实验室校准的现场校准装置,开展了现场校准实验,实现了对温度、压力、流速、湿度等环境参数现场校准,测量不确定度优于相关环境标准和校准规范要求,验证了环境参数检测仪现场校准的可行性和溯源性。
The peripheral determinands of pollution sources include temperature,pressure,flow or flow rate,humidity,etc.,and the instrument was an important part of the continuous emission monitoring system.In response to the demand for on-site calibration of peripheral determinand instrument,the requirements for on-site calibration metrological characteristics were clarified,the technical parameters for the reference devices of each parameter were proposed,and an on-site calibration device was developed.Its weight was 25 kg,and its maximum outlet pressure was 0.15 MPa,the maximum flow rate was 15 L/min,the maximum temperature was 100℃,and the maximum humidity was 95%RH.Utilizing the on-site calibration device,an on-site calibration was processed to calibrate the peripheral determinands including temperature,pressure,flow,and humidity.The measurement uncertainty was better than the requirements of national environmental standard and calibration regulation,and the feasibility and traceability of on-site calibration of peripheral determinands instrument were verified.
