摘要
目的 探讨双源CT非门控Turbo Flash模式在支气管动脉成像中的临床应用价值。方法 选取260例接受支气管动脉CT血管造影(CTA)的患者,并随机分为试验组(132例)和对照组(128例)。试验组使用双源CT的非门控Turbo Flash模式,而对照组则采用双源CT的回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描。将两组图像质量评分(主观和客观)、辐射剂量和扫描时间进行比较,并对2位医师的评分一致性进行Kappa检验评估。结果 支气管动脉起始处两组间信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),主观图质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),医师间评分一致性较高(Kappa=0.92)。试验组的有效辐射剂量和扫描时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 双源CT的Turbo Flash模式能够在确保图像质量的同时减少辐射暴露,适合临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of non-gated Turbo Flash mode in dual-source CT imaging of bronchial arteries.Methods This study included 260 patients who underwent CT angiography(CTA)of the bronchial arteries and were randomly divided into the experimental group(132 cases)and the control group(128 cases).The experimental group uti-lized non-gated Turbo Flash mode on dual-source CT,while the control group was scanned using retrospective ECG-gated spiral scanning on dual-source CT.The image quality scores(subjective and objective),radiation dose,and scanning time of the two groups were compared,and the inter-rater agreement between two physicians'scores was assessed using Kappa test.Results There were no significant differences in the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)at the origin of the bron-chial arteries between the two groups(P>0.05),and the subjective image quality scores were also not significantly different(P>0.05),with a high inter-rater agreement(Kappa=0.92).The experimental group had significantly lower effective radiation dose and scanning time compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Turbo Flash mode on dual-source CT can ensure image quality while reducing radiation exposure,making it suitable for clinical promotion and application.
