定量磁敏感图在大脑以外区域临床应用中的研究进展

Advances in quantitative susceptibility mapping(QSM)for clinical applications in regions outside the brain

定量磁敏感图(QSM)是在磁敏感加权成像(SWI)基础上发展起来的一种新的定量MRI技术,QSM技术在量化人体脏器组织中铁沉积的含量、监测血氧饱和度以及鉴别其他各种抗磁性、顺磁性物质方面具有极大的价值与优势,有利于疾病的早期诊断、分期以及疗效的评估,对临床决策提供良好的参考。目前关于QSM方面的大部分临床研究主要集中在中枢神经系统,比如脑卒中、脑肿瘤、阿尔兹海默症、帕金森病以及脱髓鞘病变。近年来,随着QSM技术的成熟以及算法不断革新,该技术在大脑以外区域的临床应用逐渐活跃,本文就QSM技术在大脑以外区域的临床研究现状及最新进展进行综述。

Quantitative susceptibility mapping(QSM)is a new quantitative MRI technique developed on the basis of suscepti-bility weighted imaging(SWI),which is of great value and advantage in the quantification of iron deposition in human organs and tissues,monitoring of blood oxygen saturation,and identification of various other antimagnetic and paramagnetic substances.QSM has great value and advantages in quantifying iron deposition in human organs and tissues,monitoring blood oxygen satura-tion,and identifying other antimagnetic and paramagnetic substances,which is conducive to the early diagnosis,staging,and evaluation of the therapeutic effects of the disease,and provides a good reference for clinical decision-making.At present,most of the clinical studies on QSM mainly focus on the central nervous system,such as stroke,brain tumor,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease and demyelinating lesions.In recent years,with the maturity of QSM technology and the continuous innova-tion of algorithms,the clinical application of QSM technology in regions other than the brain has become more active,and this paper provides a comprehensive review of the current status and latest progress of QSM technology in clinical research in regions outside the brain.
