基于福州“六城”的低运量轨道交通布局策略研究

Research on the layout strategy of low-volume rail transit based on the six cities of Fuzhou

城市新城建设是实现城市空间转型和集约发展目标的主要途径,为满足新城居民出行需求,针对性构建轨道交通网络,以福州“六个城”(以下简称“六城”)为对象,针对存在轨道交通覆盖空白及服务能力匹配性差等问题,在遵照福州城市轨道交通线网既有规划成果的基础上,维持既有线网的总体功能,结合客流需求分析,适当调整并服从既有线网基本骨架,选取易审批、易落地的低运量轨道交通,布局“六城”间相互联通、东西通达的“一干多支”低运量轨道交通网络,实现“六城”互联,带动新城发展。

The construction of new cities is the main way to realize urban spatial transformation and intensive development.In order to meet the travel needs of residents in new cities and build targeted rail transportation network,this paper takes the six cities in Fuzhou as the object.It focuses on the problems such as the existence of rail transit coverage gaps and poor matching of service capacity.Based on the existing planning results of urban rail transit network in Fuzhou,it maintains the overall function of the existing network.In addition,this paper appropriately adjusts and obeys the basic skeleton of the existing line network combined with the analysis of passenger demand,and selects low-volume rail transit that is easy to approve and easy to construct.It realizes the interconnection of the six cities and drives the development of the new cities through the layout of the“one trunk and many branches”low-volume rail transit network that connects the six cities and connects them to the east and west.
