某6度区高层建筑沿高度逐渐收进偏置的结构分析

摘要 随着高层建筑的广泛设计和建造,建筑体形逐渐出现多样化、复杂化,其中就有塔楼沿高度逐渐收进偏心布置的高层建筑,此类结构与一般的塔楼偏置或多塔结构的受力性能有所不同。由于塔楼偏置主要工作是控制和解决其扭转效应作用的影响,故通过多种模型假定计算,分析了某6度区塔楼沿高度逐渐收进偏置的高层建筑的扭转效应随塔楼偏置程度、收进的高度等因素的影响,进行受力剖析,找出其楼层扭转位移比偏大的原因,并针对以上不利影响提出了相应的加强措施,为其他类似的塔楼偏置高层建筑的结构设计提供参考。 With the widespread design and construction of high-rise buildings,the shapes of buildings have gradually become diverse and complex.Among them,there are high-rise buildings with towers gradually converging and eccentrically arranged along the height.This type of structure has different stress performance from general tower offset or multi tower structures.The main task of tower offset is to control and solve the influence of its torsional effect.This article analyzes the torsional effect of a high-rise building in a certain 6 degree zone where the tower gradually retracts and offsets along the height through various model assumptions and calculations,and analyzes the influence of factors such as the degree of tower offset and the height of retraction.The force analysis is carried out to identify the reason for the large torsional displacement ratio of its floors,and corresponding strengthening measures are proposed to address the above adverse effects,provide reference for the structural design of other high-rise buildings with offset towers.
