摘要
为进一步研究粘钢加固RC叠合板的受弯承载力,基于ANSYS有限元软件,建立8块RC板进行仿真模拟分析,分别为未加固板、粘钢加固RC板(2块)、叠合加固RC板(2块)和粘钢加固RC叠合板(3块),分别考虑了叠合层厚度、钢板粘贴量对加固效果的影响。通过分析比较相同荷载作用下各板的钢筋、混凝土应力及位移值等数据,研究加固板的受弯承载力。结果表明:采用粘钢加固RC叠合板可有效提高板的受弯承载力及刚度,加固效果较单一加固方法更加明显,在粘钢量相同条件下,板的抗弯承载力随叠合层厚度的增加而有所提高,但叠合层厚度不宜过厚,以免造成其他形式的破坏;在叠合层厚度相同的条件下,粘钢量的增加对板的抗弯承载力提高效果一般。
In order to further study the flexural capacity of RC composite plates reinforced with steel,this paper builds 8 RC plates for simulation and analysis based on ANSYS finite element software,namely,unreinforced plates,steel reinforced RC plates(2 pieces),composite reinforced RC plates(2 pieces)and steel reinforced RC composite plates(3 pieces).The effects of the thickness of the laminated layer and the amount of steel plate paste on the reinforcement effect were considered respectively.By analyzing and comparing the stress and displacement of reinforcement and concrete of each plate under the same load,the flexural bearing capacity of the reinforced plate is studied.The results show that the flexural bearing capacity and stiffness of RC laminated plates can be effectively improved by using steel bonding,and the reinforcement effect is more obvious than that of single reinforcement method.Under the condition of the same amount of steel bonding,the flexural bearing capacity of RC laminated plates increases with the increase of the thickness of the laminated layer,but the thickness of the laminated layer should not be too thick,so as to avoid other forms of damage.Under the condition that the thickness of the laminated layer is the same,the increase of the amount of steel adhesion has a general effect on the improvement of the bending capacity of the plate.
