摘要
在苏派建筑中,屋角向上翘起的檐部,称为戗角,是我国多年传承下来中式庭院的一大特色,传统工艺多为木结构。随着建筑技术的不断发展,混凝土屋面戗角因其优异的性能和曲率下的动态美感,逐渐取代了传统的木结构戗角,然而,混凝土戗角的施工质量控制一直是行业内的难点。对此,文章以戗角工艺流程为主线,从工艺优化、BIM技术引入、材料验收等方面展开具体叙述,质量控制效果显著,具有一定推广价值。
In Su style architecture,the upturned eaves at the corners of the roof,known as the eaves,are a major feature of Chinese style courtyards that have been passed down in China for many years.Traditional craftsmanship is mostly wooden structures.With the continuous development of construction technology,concrete roof corners have gradually replaced traditional wooden structure corners due to their excellent performance and dynamic beauty under curvature.However,the construction quality control of concrete corners has always been a difficult point in the industry.In this regard,this article takes the process flow of banjiao as the main thread,and elaborates on specific aspects such as process optimization,BIM technology introduction,and material acceptance.The quality control effect is significant and has certain promotion value.
