冶金工业厂房混凝土防渗漏施工技术优化研究

摘要 为了保障工业生产正常进行,对冶金工业厂房混凝土变形缝、施工缝和有害裂缝进行防渗漏施工技术优化处理,针对不同的缝隙类型制定相应的防漏施工技术与堵漏措施,有效降低工业厂房的混凝土渗漏概率,分析了施工过程中影响混凝土有害裂缝产生的主要因素,提出了减少裂缝产生与发展的控制措施。研究结果可为相关工程的混凝土防渗堵漏技术研究提供参考与借鉴。 In order to ensure the normal operation of industrial production,anti-leakage construction technology optimization treatment is carried out on deformation joints,construction joints and harmful cracks of concrete in metallurgical industrial workshops.Corresponding anti-leakage construction technology and plugging measures are formulated according to different gap types to effectively reduce the leakage probability of concrete in industrial workshops.The main factors affecting the occurrence of harmful cracks in concrete during construction are analyzed.The control measures to reduce the generation and development of cracks are put forward.The research results can provide reference and reference for the research of concrete anti-seepage plugging technology in related engineering.
