摘要
以东莞莲花山-芦花坑水厂段原水管道工程(主体段)第一标段L1工作井龙门吊轨道梁为研究背景,进行了在场地限制条件下,轨道梁安放问题的研究,提出了使用一种跨越基坑段钢混梁结构的施工方法,并利用RBCCE有限元分析软件对受力进行了验算分析。研究表明:跨越基坑段采用6排单层Ⅰ40a+0.6×0.5(高×宽)混凝土梁作为轨道梁,跨度为19.2 m,共计24 m长,下方采用3根∅609×14 mm钢支撑作为结构立柱,钢管中心最大间距为6 m,高度为22.10 m,达到了满足走行龙门吊及地基承载力要求的效果,解决了轨道梁安放问题。研究方法可为类似工程提供参考。
Based on the research background of L1 working well gantry beam in the first section of raw water pipeline project(main section)of Lianhuashan-Luhuakeng Water Plant in Dongguan,this paper investigates the placement of track beams under site limitations.A construction method is proposed for a steel-mixed beam structure spanning the foundation pit section,and force checking calculations are conducted using RBCCE finite element analysis software.The research findings indicate that:To span across the foundation pit,6 rows of single-layerⅠ40a+0.6×0.5(H×W)concrete beams with a span length of 19.2 m and total length of 24 m are utilized as track beams.Three∅609×14 mm steel supports serve as structural columns below,with a maximum distance between their centers being 6 m and a height reaching 22.10 m.The bearing capacity requirements for both the gantry crane and foundation are satisfied,effectively resolving the issue regarding track beam placement.This research methodology can provide valuable insights for similar projects.
