摘要
磁性纳米粒子(Magnetic Nanoparticles,MNPs)因其超顺磁性、磁响应性、生物兼容性和高比表面积等特点,在中药领域引起学者的广泛关注。简要介绍了MNPs提取分离技术的原理及优势,并重点总结了它在中药提取分离的应用情况。同时,指出了MNPs分离技术目前存在的问题和研究现状。目的是为了后续大规模生产和应用MNPs提取分离中药的有效成分提供坚实的理论基础和有益的参考。
Magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs),due to their superparamagnetism,magnetic responsiveness,biocompatibility,and high surface area,have attracted widespread attention from scholars in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This article provides a brief introduction to the principles and advantages of MNPs extraction and separation technology,and highlights its applications in the extraction and separation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.At the same time,it points out the current issues and research status of MNPs separation technology.The aim is to provide a solid theoretical foundation and useful reference for the future large-scale production and application of MNPs in the extraction and separation of active components from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
