FITS加氢脱烯烃技术在重整生成油加氢中的工业应用

摘要 介绍了FITS加氢脱烯烃技术在某石化企业连续重整装置重整生成油加氢中的工业应用情况。该技术应用后,重整生成油溴指数降低,减缓了芳烃抽提装置溶剂老化速度,确保了重整脱芳烃汽油和芳烃产品质量稳定,保证了芳烃抽提装置长周期安全稳定运行;取代了芳烃抽提装置后续的白土吸附精制工艺,消除了白土吸附精制工艺的环境保护问题;苯及甲苯的溴指数能持续稳定地小于15 mg/(100 g),混合二甲苯的溴指数能持续稳定地小于50 mg/(100 g)。 This article introduces the industrial application of FITS hydrogenation and olefin removal technology in the hydrogenation of reforming oil in a continuous reforming unit of a petrochemical enterprise.After the application of this technology,the bromine index of the reformed oil decreased,slowing down the aging rate of the solvent in the aromatics extraction unit,ensuring the stable quality of the reformed dearomatics gasoline and aromatics products,and ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the aromatics extraction unit.replacing the subsequent clay adsorption refining process of the aromatics extraction unit,eliminating the environmental protection issues of the clay adsorption refining process.The bromine index of benzene and toluene can continuously and stably be less than 15 mg/(100 g),and the bromine index of mixed xylene can continuously and stably be less than 50 mg/(100 g).
