电吸附净化技术在液压油净化系统中的应用

摘要 液压油的污染不仅影响油品的使用寿命,还会影响设备的可靠性,甚至会带来经济损失,因此,无论从资源节约还是环境保护亦或者经济效益成本的角度,液压油净化再生都具有重要的现实意义。介绍了电吸附净化技术产生的背景和必要性,阐述了电吸附净化技术的原理和特点,分析和探讨了电吸附净化技术在不同液压油使用领域中的应用,并展望了电吸附净化技术的发展前景。 The pollution of hydraulic oil is not only affects the service life of oil products,but also affects the reliability of equipment,and even brings economic losses.It is an important practical significance to recycle used lubricating oils whether from the resource conservation,environmental protection or economic benefits.Has attracted extensive attention of researchers.The background and necessity of the electro-absorption oil purification technology were introduced,the working principles and characteristics of electro-absorption oil purification technology were reviewed,the application of electro-adsorption purification technology in different hydraulic oil usage fields were analyzed,and the development trends of electro-absorption oil purification technology for used lubricating oil in the future were proposed.
