This paper analyzes how ice and snow activities are popularized in junior high school physical education curriculum,and discusses various problems encountered in the process.At the same time,the research also involves how to establish and improve the cross-disciplinaryintegration of teaching and learningstrategies.By comparing the widespread implementation of ice and snow activities in northern and southern regions,it is clear that the construction of venues,coaching resources and economic development are the key factors affecting the widespread implementation of ice and snow sports.We analyze the concept of interdisciplinary education,which is centered on system concept,knowledge integration,critical thinking and creative ability.A cross-disciplinary teaching framework and its operational methodology are innovatively proposed for snow and ice activities,emphasizing the need for individualized teaching methods and continuous updating.Through the in-depth analysis of practical cases,the application of the teaching mode in practiceand its effectiveness evaluation are elaborated.
