摘要
超声波洗脱法作为医疗器械微生物采集的常用技术,具有出色的可重现性。文章通过验证超声波频率为40 kHz条件下超声时长对微生物的影响,确定了对微生物损害最小、洗脱率最佳的超声时间,同时监测了超声过程中温度的变化,研究结果为医疗器械生物负载检测提供了技术支持和理论指导。
The ultrasonic elution method,as a commonly used microbiological collection technology for medical devices,has excellent reproducibility.Through the verification of the effect of ultrasound duration on microorganisms under the ultrasound frequency of 40 kHZ,we have determined the ultrasound time that minimizes the microbial damage and is most appropriate for the elution rate.At the same time,we has monitored the temperature changes during the ultrasound process.This study provides technical support and guidance for the medical device bioburden detection.
