原子荧光双标准夹心法测定食品中的汞含量

摘要 基于原子荧光双标准夹心法的分析方法,能够快速、简便地测定食品中的汞含量。基于此,文章以大米、干香菇和豆豉鱼罐头为研究对象,对其进行微波消解处理后,采用选择标准曲线法和原子荧光双标准夹心法展开测定和对比。结果得到,该方法的汞检出限为0.015μg/L,回收率在93.50%~97.75%之间,相对标准偏差不超过4%。与国家标准方法相比,双标准夹心法无须绘制标准曲线或测定空白溶液,不仅简化了计算步骤,还提高了操作效率。 Based on the atomic fluorescence double standard sandwich method,the mercury in food can be rapid and simple determined.The rice,dried mushroom and canned black bean sauce fish,as the research subjects,were processed by microwave digestion,and then were measured by standard curve method and atomic fluorescence double standard sandwich method.The detection limit of mercury was 0.015μg/L,the recovery was 93.50%-97.75%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 4%.Compared with the national standard method,the double standard sandwich method does not need to draw the standard curve and measure the blank solution,which simplifies the calculation steps and improves the operation efficiency.
