摘要
文章使用安捷伦气相色谱质谱仪结合GERSTEL ODP4嗅觉检测口,对德阳市华强沟水库原水中嗅味物质的种类进行了分析,从而确定了9种主要嗅味物质,并且建立了顶空固相微萃取气相色谱/质谱法测定9种嗅味物质的检测方法。通过不断优化影响萃取效率的前处理参数(包括萃取时间、萃取温度、盐析浓度等),确保了该方法的准确性和可靠性。结果显示,相关系数R2均大于0.996,方法检出限在0.02~0.80 ng/L之间,加标回收率为70.6%~109.9%,相对标准偏差(SRSD)均小于15%。表明该方法操作便捷、灵敏度高,适用于水质的验收和检测。
Using Agilent gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and GERSTEL ODP4 olfactory detection port,the types of odor substances in the raw water of Huayanggou Reservoir in Deyang City were analyzed,and 9 main odor substances were identified.And a detection method for 9 odor substances was established by using headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.By continuously optimizing pre-treatment parameters that affect extraction efficiency(extraction time,extraction temperature,salt precipitation concentration,etc.),the accuracy and reliability of the method were ensured.The correlation coefficients R2 of 9 substances are all greater than 0.996.The method detection limit is between 0.02-0.80 ng/L.The spiked recovery rate is 70.6%-109.9%.The relative standard deviation(SRSD)is less than 15%.This method is easy to operate and highly sensitive,and can be quickly applied to water quality acceptance and detection.
