数字经济与实体经济融合赋能“专精特新”企业高质量发展

The Integration of the Digital Economy and the Real Economy Empowers the High-Quality Development of the Specialized,Refined,Differential and Innovative Enterprises

以2011~2021年我国“专精特新”上市企业为研究样本,在测度数字经济与实体经济融合水平的基础上,实证检验数字经济与实体经济融合对我国“专精特新”企业全要素生产率的直接效应与间接效应。结果表明:数字经济与实体经济融合对“专精特新”企业全要素生产率具有赋能效应;代理成本效应、研发创新效应以及投资水平效应均是数字经济与实体经济融合提升“专精特新”企业全要素生产率的重要推进路径;进一步研究发现,数字经济与实体经济融合的赋能效应仅在两职分离、非国有企业、制造业、中心城市的样本中显著。此外,数字经济与实体经济融合和全要素生产率能够发挥协同效应推动实现“专精特新”企业内共同富裕。据此,应从夯实发展基础、疏通微观传导渠道、立足发展优势三个角度推动数字经济与实体经济融合发展,以助力我国“专精特新”企业高质量发展。

How to give full play to the advantages of the integration of the digital economy and the real economy to help the high-quality development of"SRDI"enterprises is a research topic of great practical significance.Based on the research sample of China's"SRDI"listed enterprises from 2011 to 2021,on the basis of measuring the level of integration of digital economy and real economy,the direct and indirect effects of the integration of digital economy and real economy on the total factor productivity of China's"SRDI"enterprises are empirically tested.The results show that the integration of digital economy and real economy has an enabling effect on the total factor productivity of"SRDI"enterprises.Agency cost effect,R&D innovation effect and investment level effect are all important ways to promote the integration of digital economy and real economy to improve the total factor productivity of China's"SRDI"enterprises.Further research finds that the enabling effect of the integration of digital economy and real economy is only significant in the samples of separation of two jobs,non-state-owned enterprises,manufacturing industry,and central cities.In addition,the integration of the digital economy and the real economy and total factor productivity can exert synergistic effects to promote the realization of common prosperity within"SRDI"enterprises.Accordingly,the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy should be promoted from three perspectives:consolidating the foundation,dredging the micro transmission channels,and basing on development advantages,so as to help the highquality development of China's"SRDI"enterprises.
