摘要 近些年,红外光谱技术作为一种高效、无损害且不具侵入性的分析手段在食品科学领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。这一技术是通过测定物质在各种波长红外光下的吸收,反射或透射特性来深刻认识其分子结构与化学组成。就食品检测而言,红外光谱技术对质量控制,安全评估和真伪鉴别提供有力的技术支撑。本研究的目的是深入了解红外光谱技术在食品检测领域的多重用途,并探讨其在确保食品的安全性和品质上所扮演的关键角色。 In recent years,infrared spectroscopy technology has been widely used in the field of food science as an efficient,non-destructive,and non-invasive analytical method.This technology is to deeply understand the molecular structure and chemical composition of substances by measuring their absorption,reflection,or transmission characteristics under various wavelengths of infrared light.In terms of food testing,infrared spectroscopy technology provides strong technical support for quality control,safety assessment,and authenticity identification.The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the multiple uses of infrared spectroscopy technology in the field of food detection,and to explore its key role in ensuring the safety and quality of food.
