高职食品仪器分析技术课程教学改革与实践

摘要 在深化职业教育教学改革、全面提高人才培养质量的前提下,为促进课程建设,提高食品仪器分析技术课程教学效果,对课程进行教学改革。本文基于“行动导向、虚实结合、课赛融合”理念,通过分析课程教学现状,提出课程内容与思政有效融入、开展虚实结合的线上线下教学资源建设,建立构建“三阶段,六环节”的教学设计和过程评价体系措施,以实现检测技能培养的有效教学。 Under the premise of deepening the reform of vocational education and comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training,the teaching reform of the course is carried out in order to promote the course construction and improve the teaching effect of food instrument analysis technology.Based on the concept of"action orientation,combination of virtuality and reality,and integration of lessons and competitions",this paper analyzes the current situation of course teaching,proposes the effective integration of course content with ideology and politics,the construction of online and offline teaching resources combining virtuality and reality,and the establishment and construction of teaching design and process evaluation system measures of"three stages and six links"to achieve effective teaching of detection skills training.
