黄精多糖生物酶法提取工艺技术研究

摘要 以黄精为原料,黄精多糖得率为指标,在纤维素酶、果胶酶、β-葡聚糖酶以及复合酶制剂(果胶酶:β-葡聚糖酶:高转化率糖化酶=2:1:1)4种酶中,筛选出复合酶制剂为最佳使用酶,并采用L9(34)正交试验设计对黄精多糖生物酶法提取工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,酶制剂添加量1.4%,料液比1:20,在55℃的条件下处理100 min,黄精多糖得率可达2.5%以上。 Using Rhizoma polygonate as the raw material and Rhizoma polygonate polysaccharide yield as the indicator,the composite enzyme preparation was selected as the optimal enzyme among four enzymes:cellulase,pectinase,β-glucanase,and composite enzyme preparations(high conversion rate saccharifying enzyme,β-glucanase,and pectinase).The L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the process parameters of Rhizoma polygonate polysaccharide biological enzyme extraction.The results showed that the Rhizoma polygonate polysaccharide yield could reach more than 2.5%,when the composite enzyme preparations addition amount was 1.4%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,and treated at 55℃for 100minutes.
