关于粮食检验技术与品质控制的研究

摘要 目前,食品安全问题备受关注,加强粮食检验工作、运用先进的技术方法确保检验结果的真实性与可靠性是保障粮食安全的有效举措。本文探讨了粮食检验工作的实施意义,介绍了目前相关工作中比较常用的几种粮食检验技术,包括毒素检验技术、转基因粮食检验技术、残留药物检验技术和生物性污染检验技术。分析了粮食检验与品质控制的要点和流程,在此基础上,提出粮食检验与品质控制的优化策略,旨在保障粮食质量安全,规范粮食生产行为,优化农业产业布局。 At present,the problem of food safety has attracted much attention,strengthening food inspection work,using advanced technical methods to ensure the authenticity and reliability of inspection results is an effective measure to ensure food security.This paper discusses the implementation significance of grain inspection,and points out several kinds of grain inspection technologies commonly used in relevant work,including toxin inspection technology,transgenic grain inspection technology,drug residue inspection technology,biological pollution inspection technology.Based on the analysis of the key points and processes of grain inspection and quality control,the optimization strategy of grain inspection and quality control was put forward to ensure grain quality and safety,standardize grain production behavior,and optimize the agricultural industry layout.
