高速公路项目中多主体协同管理影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Multi-Agent Collaborative Management in Highway Projects

为促进多主体间进行高效的协同管理以保证项目全寿命周期内有序开展,针对高速公路项目中的多主体,分析了其协同管理相关影响因素。根据文献研究和调研结果确定17个影响因素,采用决策实验室法(DEMATEL)和对抗解释结构模型(AISM)对协同管理影响因素进行分析并形成对抗多级递阶结构模型。结果表明:高速公路项目中多主体协同管理受到本质致因阶、过渡致因阶和临近致因阶三层因素共同影响。其中,信息共享程度、总体目标一致性、目标可实现性、主体间利益分配合理性和价值取向是关键影响因素,应重点关注和控制。

To promote efficient collaborative management among multiple agents and ensure orderly development throughout the project lifecycle,the relevant influencing factors of collaborative management in highway projects were studied.First,17 influencing factors were identified based on literature research and research findings.Next,the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory Method(DEMATEL)and Adversarial Interpretive Structure Modeling(AISM)were used to analyze the influencing factors of collaborative management and form an adversarial multi-level hierarchical structure model.The results indicate that the multi-agent collaborative management in highway projects is influenced by three levels of factors:intrinsic causal level,transitional causal level,and proximity causal level.Among these,the degree of information sharing,overall goal consistency,goal realizability,rationality of interest distribution among subjects,and value orientation are key influencing factors that should be focused on and controlled.
