高原低氧与施工作业双约束对职业倦怠的影响研究

摘要 高原低压低氧和施工作业双重约束下,施工作业人员极易出现职业倦怠症状,严重影响身心健康及工作积极性。基于此,采用问卷调研的方法在高原地区对施工作业人员开展了职业倦怠调研,通过多元线性逐步回归分析了职业倦怠中情绪耗竭、职业效能、去人性化3个维度的主要影响因素,采用二元logistics回归进一步分析了3个维度对职业倦怠的综合影响。结果表明:职业倦怠主要受年龄、来源地海拔、受教育程度、工龄、吸烟情况、睡眠状况影响,其中年龄与来源地海拔是影响职业倦怠最显著的因素;各影响因素在情绪耗竭、职业效能、去人性化3个维度的影响强度略有差异。 Under the dual constraints of high-altitude hypoxia and construction operations,construction workers in plateau areas are prone to experience symptoms of occupational fatigue,significantly impacting their physical and mental well-being as well as work motivation.To deal with the problem,a survey was conducted on occupational fatigue among construction workers in high-altitude regions using a questionnaire-based approach.Through multiple linear stepwise regression analysis,some primary influencing factors of occupational burnout in three dimensions were identified:emotional exhaustion,professional efficacy,and depersonalization.Furthermore,binary logistics regression was employed to analyze the comprehensive impact of these dimensions on occupational fatigue.The results indicate that occupational fatigue is mainly influenced by factors such as age,altitude of the place of origin,education level,years of service,smoking habits,and sleep conditions,among which the age and altitude of the place of origin are the most significant factors.The intensity of the impact of these factors varies slightly across the dimensions of emotional exhaustion,professional efficacy,and depersonalization.
