生物基粘合剂的研究进展

Research progress of bio-based adhesives

生物基粘合剂相对于石油基粘合剂具有原料来源广泛、无毒无害、环保可持续、生物可降解等优势,大力发展生物基粘合剂意义重大。本文综述了近五年生物基粘合剂的最新研究进展,重点介绍了几类目前应用较多的生物基粘合剂,包括蛋白质基粘合剂、单宁基粘合剂、木质素基粘合剂、多糖基粘合剂、植物油基粘合剂、硫辛酸基粘合剂等;再简述了生物基粘合剂的主要应用场景;最后,对生物基粘合剂目前存在的问题和未来的发展方向进行了总结和展望。

Compared with petroleum-based adhesives,bio-based adhesives have the advantages of wide source of raw materials,non-toxic and harmless,environmental protection and sustainable,biodegradable,etc.It is of great significance to vigorously develop bio-based adhesives.In this paper,the latest research progress of bio-based adhesives in recent five years is reviewed,and several kinds of bio-based adhesives are mainly introduced,including protein-based adhesives,tannin-based adhesives,lignin-based adhesives,polysaccharide-based adhesives,plant oil-based adhesives,lipoic acid-based adhesives,etc.The main application scenarios of bio-based adhesives are also described.Finally,the existing problems and the future development direction of bio-based adhesives are summarized and prospected.
