核工业产业链中蒸发作为常用的一种化工单元操作,尤其适用于大量低水平放射性非工艺废水的减容处理以降低后续处理处置成本。全文探讨了外热式自然循环真空单效蒸发器作为废水蒸发主要工艺设备的必要性,并对蒸发过程的参数控制和相互关系进行了分析。
Evaporation,as a commonly used chemical unit operation in the nuclear industry chain,is particularly suitable for reducing the volume of low-level radioactive non process wastewater to reduce subsequent treatment and disposal costs.The article explores the necessity of using an external heating natural circulation vacuum single effect evaporator as the main process equipment for wastewater evaporation,and analyzes the parameter control and interrelationships of the evaporation process.
